Kari Hopkins, President Coyote Hill Christian Children's Home Special Projects Coordinator
Kari Hopkins has spent 8 years as a fundraiser for Coyote Hill Christian Children’s Home. Now serving as Special Projects Director, she specializes in planned giving, major gifts, and the Coyote Hill Foundation. In her 8 years at Coyote Hill she’s helped the organization nearly double its service capacity, and expand its budget by 60%. She is passionate about sharing nonprofit stories and the benefits she’s experienced from AFP of Central Missouri.
Jackie Jackson, President-Elect Central Methodist UniversityDirector of Annual Giving and Operations
Jackie Jackson is the Director of Annual Giving and Operations at Central Methodist University. After seven years of work in annual giving at the University of Central Missouri and McMurry University (Texas), she continues to press the importance of participation with the belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. She is a new member of the AFP and is excited to get more involved with the organization and our chapters members. Jackie completed her bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and her Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Administration at the University of Central Missouri. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership at Abilene Christian University.
Amy Sajko, CFRE, Treasurer
Amy Sajko began her philanthropic career in 1996 and has been a CFRE since 2002. She’s worked in a variety of higher education settings and was fortunate to play a part in two successful capital campaigns ($125M and $88M). To further develop her planned giving expertise, she also worked five years as a bank trust officer: advising charitable clients, administering charitable trusts and overseeing $127M in assets. Most recently, she worked with NASPA - Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education as senior director of the NASPA Foundation. A Minnesota native, Amy has a BA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University (Ohio) and an MBA from Illinois State University.

Development and Public Relations Director
Christi Wolverton is the Development and Public Relations Director for Christian Fellowship School. Combining her experience of serving on a variety of non-profit boards with parenting two children who attended Christian Fellowship School, Christi now raises money for a cause she believes fills an important niche in our community today. Christi’s biggest contribution to date, is implementing a community wide gala held each spring, bringing in over $40,000 each year while promoting awareness of Christian Fellowship School and the wonderful students who attend. Christi received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from William Jewell College in 1988, and completed her Master in Strategic Leadership Degree at Stephens College in 2011. Christi has served been a member of Central MO AFP for 5 years, and this is her 2nd term as a board member.
Julie Kirchhoff, VP of Membership
Masonic Home of MissouriAnnual Giving Officer
Julie Kirchhoff has worked in the non-profit sector for over 17 years, with the past 6 years focused on fundraising. She currently serves as the Annual Giving Officer for the Masonic Home of Missouri in Columbia where she oversees two donor societies, coordinates special events and manages the direct mail program. Julie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College in 2000.
Catherine Comley Adams, PhD, Past-President University of Missouri Extension Senior Director for Advancement Cat Adams is the chief development officer for MU Extension. Her 16-year fundraising career spans the sectors of higher education, human services, and zoos & aquariums. In addition to her doctoral research pursuits in philanthropy and strategic fundraising, Cat holds credentials as a master of public affairs in nonprofit management and organizational change (MPA), and international certification as a fundraising executive (CFRE).
Lori A. Benson, National Philanthropy Day Commitee ChairThe Salvation Army Columbia CorpsCommunity Relations Director
With over ten years of fundraising, public relations and marketing experience, Lori is currently the Community Relations Director for The Salvation Army Columbia Corps, serving Boone County. Since joining The Salvation Army in 2012, first as a Planned Giving Counselor, Lori has cultivated over 13.2 million in estate and major gifts.

Diane B. Ludwig, CFRE, is president of DBL Development Services and is currently the Executive Director for the Fulton Public Schools Foundation. She brings 32 years of fundraising and development experience to her work.
